Proteins of human healthy pulp tissue (third molars, 500 µg) were solved in 8 M urea, 2 M thiourea, 1 % (w/v) CHAPS, 20 mM DTT, 0.8 % (v/v) carrier ampholytes 3-10. After separation by IEF in a non linear pH gradient 3-10 and SDS-PAGE (12.5 % T, 2.6 % C) the protein pattern was stained with silver nitrate.
Apparent ioselectric point (pI) and molecular mass (MM) values are indicated.
